The range runs from the field-erected eco-Air TITAN for very large heat rejection duty, through to factory-assembled air cooled condensers for industrial refrigeration and process sites.

Both product lines share the same core engineering principle: zero water consumption — no water treatment, no plume, no cooling tower risk, lower maintenance overhead than any evaporative alternative.

Evapco Dry Cooling

eco-Air TITAN

The eco-Air TITAN is EVAPCO's field-erected air-cooled heat exchanger for large-scale heat rejection duty — designed for power generation, carbon capture, data centres, heavy industrial and battery plants. It takes EVAPCO's proven eco-Air Series finned tube bundles (over 1,000 installations since 2017) and integrates them into a large-fan, field-erected structure that leverages the efficiencies of EVAPCO's Advanced Technology ACC. V-configured fin/tube bundles are elevated to permit optimal airflow, delivering substantial cooling capacity in a compact plot area. High-efficiency fans up to 36 ft in diameter reduce auxiliary power consumption and noise footprint. Manufactured using modularised standard components for ease of transportation and field erection. Type 304L stainless steel tubing with aluminium fins as standard — ASME B31.5 compliant.

Air Cooled Condensers

Industrial-scale forced-air condensers delivering zero water consumption and lower maintenance than any evaporative alternative — the right choice for water-scarce sites, or wherever plume abatement is critical to planning consent or environmental permitting. Dry operation eliminates water treatment chemistry, drift eliminators and cooling tower risk. Typical applications include industrial refrigeration, process cooling, power generation on water-restricted sites and urban or residential-adjacent plant where a visible cooling plume is unacceptable.

The default for general dry cooling duty — efficient heat transfer, established lifecycle, suitable for most water and glycol process applications including the eco-Air TITAN and standard ACC builds.

Corrosion-resistant

For aggressive process fluids, coastal or offshore environments, or food-grade duty where galvanic corrosion, chemistry or hygiene requirements rule out conventional copper-aluminium construction.

Micro-bore all aluminium

Ammonia & space-saving

Space-saving construction with the smallest plot-area footprint — and the ideal solution for ammonia condensing, avoiding the copper incompatibility of conventional builds. Available on air cooled condensers.
